Christophe Marais, originally from France, starting his career as a haircut instructor in Paris and Toulouse. He came to Houston via Los Angeles and Dallas then studing with celebrity stylist José Eber in Houston. He prides himself on treating his customers like royalty. Speaking of which, Christophe was employed by the King of Morocco for 2 years as a stylist.

Christophe creates feminine, chic, and sexy hair styles. He looks to his clients for inspiration to determine the type of style and cut that fits their personality. His styles are easy for his clients to replicate and maintain on their own. Christophe is a self-confessed fashion magazine junkie and knows all of the European designers and fashion houses by their work. He enjoys traveling and mixes business with pleasure traveling to France at least once a year to take classes and seminars learning new hair styling and cutting techniques. After chatting with Christophe, you will definitely notice this intangible quality that makes him distinctive and unique aside from his well-honed hair designing skills.

Originally from France, Philippe trained in Paris before coming to the United States to work under famed stylist José Eber. Another talented French stylist originally from Nice, France mostly known for his trademark Farrah Fawcett look. Initially working in San Diego and Dallas, he then came to Houston working under Jose. Philippe has a deep connection and love for his culture which comes to life through his work. He specializes in color as well as French cutting techniques. His loyal and longtime clients love his personalized cuts and styling as well as his amazing color work. His favorite part of his job is being creative and making people look and feel beautiful.

Born in Bogota, Colombia, Orlando embarked on his journey in the early 1980s at Academia Universal de Belleza, where he dedicated himself to mastering the Vidal Sassoon cutting techniques that have become his signature precision haircuts. 

He made the move to Houston in 1985, expanding his hairstyling skills by studying Barbering and deepening his mastery of haircutting. In 1996, he opened the Aveda lifestyle salon Nature's Way in The Galleria Area. This milestone opened doors for him to collaborate with esteemed, award-winning hairstylists, including Vidal Sassoon, Horst Rechelbacher, David Adams, Van Council, and David Wagner among others. Orlando showcased his skills on prestigious stages at New York Fashion Week and London Fashion Week. In the following years, he channeled his passion into training programs for Houston's finest salons, sharing his expertise and inspiring future stylists. 

Today, he is known for his precision haircutting and exceptional up-styling for special events. His natural highlights (Baby lights) and dimensional color expertise reflect his artistry, and as a certified Brazilian blow-out trainer, he has built a trusted clientele. 

With a charismatic smile and a genuine sense of care, Orlando ensures every client enjoys an unparalleled experience. His greatest sense of accomplishment is when his clients return and share their experience with friends and family.

With over 30 years of experience in the hair industry, Alma has dedicated her career to helping clients look and feel their absolute best! She began her journey as a salon owner, building a business rooted in creativity, trust, and personalized service. For the next twelve years, she refined her craft at the Bella Rinova Salon working alongside some of the industry’s most talented professionals. 

Today she is proud to be part of the team at James Fojt Salons. As a certified color specialist with extensive training in Goldwell, Wella, L’Oreal Paris and now Balmain, she brings a depth of knowledge and a refined eye for color to every client’s experience. She is certified in Great Lengths and IBE extensions, which allows her to offer versatile, luxury extension services tailored to each client’s unique goals. 

Her approach is both professional and personal – she believes in listening, understanding and crafting styles that reflect who her clients truly are. Whether a subtle refresh or a complete transformation, she is here to guide you with warmth, expertise and a commitment to excellence.

Dominique, originally from Texas, is a young ambitious stylist who always knew she wanted to be part of the beauty industry. She began her career as a teenager working the front desk at a small salon in Corpus Christi, Texas. After attending beauty school in 2014, she moved to Houston pursuing her dream as a hairstylist. Dominique received her training by some of Houston's most accomplished stylists: Christine Caballero, Sarah Al-Adwani and Tanya Roitburt.

Dominique loves gathering inspiration from everything around her and from experiences within the industry. She excels in Women’s Haircuts, Styling, Balayage, Highlights, Keratin Treatments and Brazilian blowouts amongst her broad set of services offered.

Committed to her dreams, Dominique continues to grow in the industry; “I am passionate about my work and love to create looks that leave my clients looking and feeling beautiful.”
